What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• manage lead generation, tours, follow-up, relationship building, and closing
• maintain CRM data and sales reports and analyze metrics
• coordinate tours, open houses, and marketing events
• maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, case managers, and discharge planners
• collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team on move-ins and resident satisfaction
• represent the community at local events
• manage advertising and promotional materials
• monitor market trends and regulatory changes
• assist with staff training on customer service and referral engagement.
