The Activity Director role is onsite in Mattoon, IL. Pay is $15.50–$16.50 per hour. The role exists to plan and evaluate resident-centered activities that promote physical, mental, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being. It coordinates with Nursing, Therapy, and Dietary and adjusts programming based on resident participation and satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate activities programs for residents' interests and abilities
• collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, and Dietary
• plan activities such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, games, and entertainment events
• recruit and train volunteers
• assess and document participation and satisfaction
• maintain activity records and reports
• comply with applicable regulations and facility policies.
