What you'll do

• Keep the dish pit clean and organized
• dry and store clean dishes
• clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment by machine and by hand
• set up and break down the dish machine
• follow health and safety rules and use personal protective equipment
• handle cleaning chemicals safely
• collaborate with kitchen staff
• sweep, mop, remove garbage, and complete opening, closing, and side work as directed.
