What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership and full operational responsibility for the hospital
• develop and execute the strategic business plan with the governing body
• oversee quality of care, staff development, licensure, accreditation, financial performance, and improvement
• lead operating and capital budgets
• manage daily hospital operations
• build community and agency relationships
• develop and retain leaders
• recruit psychiatrists and allied health professionals
• lead payer contract negotiations and revenue growth
• develop a continuum of care
• ensure survey readiness, regulatory compliance, QAPI, patient safety, and corrective actions
• report to the governing board.
