• Apply structured problem-solving, data analysis, and root-cause analysis to address process, material, and product-quality issues.
• Independently lead small- to medium-sized projects and serve as the process expert on larger initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners.
