What you'll do

• Provide hands-on assistance with dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and meals
• support daily routines and independence goals
• monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes as assigned
• use positive support and de-escalation strategies
• assist with meal preparation, light household tasks, community participation, and transportation
• complete SOAP documentation and follow incident and emergency protocols.
