What you'll do

• Generate sales and maintain guest service standards
• evaluate sales trends and develop growth methods
• manage labor and operational budgets and inventory
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule staff
• enforce cash-handling and loss-prevention policies
• train staff on POS, products, guest service, resort information, and sales
• conduct performance appraisals
• maintain paperwork and safety standards
• communicate with the Regional Manager.
