HVAC Project Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee installation execution
• plan work to meet safety and quality standards
• identify execution risks and take corrective action
• supervise, coach, and support installers
• coordinate job readiness with Central Services Center project managers
• enforce safety standards and audit toolbox talks, JHAs/JSAs, PPE, and hazard controls
• conduct milestone inspections and jobsite audits
• maintain punch lists and prevent rework.
