Thick Film Printer Technician — Level 3

The Thick Film Printer Technician — Level 3 role is onsite in Poway, California, on the first shift. Compensation is $28–$36 per hour. Fralock develops and manufactures engineered specialty components and subassemblies for technically challenging applications. The technician sets up, operates, calibrates, and troubleshoots thick-film screen printers and related drying and firing equipment. The role supports production quality and throughput by optimizing print processes, resolving defects, maintaining equipment, mentoring operators, and following process and security requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate automated thick-film screen printers
• calibrate registration and alignment
• troubleshoot printing defects and adjust process parameters
• manage conductive and resistive inks
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
• train and coach operators
• lead continuous-improvement and yield initiatives
• maintain documentation and comply with process specifications and ITAR/CMMC requirements.
