What you'll do

• Conduct market research and maintain historical cost records
• develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates
• prepare cost variance reports and lead takeoffs
• solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing
• support cost reconciliation and change order reviews
• conduct constructability reviews and value engineering
• assist with RFP documentation, bid leveling, contractor selection, and buyout
• coordinate bidder questions and site walks.
