This position supports the American Residential Services (ARS) team in providing residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners. This role exists to drive customer engagement and lead generation within major home improvement retail locations. The incumbent acts as a brand ambassador, educating shoppers on home comfort solutions and scheduling free in-home consultations to help the company meet its sales and service goals.

What you'll do

• Engage shoppers in face-to-face conversations regarding home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Educate customers on ARS services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for specialists.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence and support retail promotions.
