What you'll do

• Represent the Sur La Table brand and support customer experiences
• assist chefs with class execution
• help set up and break down classes, organize mise en place, and prepare ingredients
• clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and workstations
• restock and organize kitchen supplies and tools
• follow food-safety, health-code, sanitation, and store-safety requirements
• maintain inventory and help control supplies and culinary expenses
• support sales goals and customer engagement.
