What you'll do

• Engineer, support, and optimize enterprise-grade services
• monitor service performance, availability, and reliability
• troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, identity, VDI, monitoring, and cloud platforms
• drive continual service improvement through root-cause analysis
• support cloud transition initiatives including re-platforming and modernization
• collaborate with cross-functional teams
• implement and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions
• document engineering processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
