Material Coordinator

Job overview

The Material Coordinator role is onsite in Beltsville, MD. Compensation is $20–$22.50 per hour. The position supports the TTE facility of iNRCORE Group, a manufacturer of engineered electronic components for mission-critical markets. The coordinator manages material movement and inventory records so production materials are available when needed and customer delivery requirements can be met. Coordination with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Planning supports accurate inventory and production flow.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials
• prepare and process outbound shipments and related documentation
• record inventory transactions in the ERP system
• conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• monitor inventory and communicate shortages or discrepancies
• coordinate movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• support production scheduling and material availability
• work with Purchasing on requirements and supplier deliveries
• investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies
• maintain organized inventory locations and identification
• operate material-handling equipment as authorized
• follow quality, inventory, and safety procedures
• participate in continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, materials, or manufacturing-support experience. Forklift operation is permitted when certified.
