What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to internal and external clients
• follow branch, firm, and compliance policies and procedures
• process stock certificates and check deposits
• issue and mail client checks accurately
• maintain daily cashiering files
• assist with branch events
• manage incoming calls
• participate in meetings and prepare or distribute information
• use firm desktop systems
• provide backup for other branch support positions as assigned.
