What you'll do

• Coordinate development with developers
• plan pre-opening and operational readiness
• lead pre-opening sales, lease-up, and occupancy efforts
• oversee opening, handoff, and stabilization
• provide ongoing operational and financial leadership
• develop leaders and Campus Living standards
• support resident rights, safety, and compliance.
