What you'll do

• Manage customer inventory programs and improve processes, agreements, and controls
• maintain accurate records and reconcile counts, system balances, and commitments
• monitor demand, forecasts, usage, and release schedules
• coordinate replenishment with Procurement
• serve as primary customer contact for inventory status and issues
• coordinate transactions, shipments, receipts, and billing
• audit inventory and quality
• administer RMAs and discrepancies
• monitor supplier performance
• analyze inventory and service metrics.
