Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Moultonborough, NH. Compensation is $25–$38 per hour. The position supports CG Roxane’s Alpine Spring Water and Sparkling Water production facility and Maintenance Team. The technician maintains and repairs production and packaging equipment to support safe, reliable operations. Troubleshooting failures, preventing downtime, and improving equipment performance help the facility meet production goals.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• perform preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and production changeovers
• interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and drawings
• collaborate with operators and supervisors to improve uptime and line efficiency
• identify failure causes and implement corrective solutions
• maintain records
• support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
• follow safety, quality, food safety, and maintenance standards.
