Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is based in or near Dallas, TX, with nationwide travel to project sites. Salary is $130,000–$180,000 per year. The role manages commercial mechanical construction projects across the United States. What you'll do

• Travel nationwide to manage commercial mechanical projects
• own budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• lead buyout, procurement, and local subcontractor/vendor setup
• manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field leadership
• oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• enforce safety and quality standards.
