The Hotel General Manager (Xperience Manager) role is onsite in Las Vegas, NM. The base salary is $60,000–$65,000 per year, with monthly housing reimbursement up to $1,000 and a monthly GOP bonus. The manager reports to the Xperience Director and oversees all aspects of hotel operations. The role leads hotel teams and departments to support guest satisfaction, service standards, revenue, and profitability. It combines operational oversight, staff development, financial planning, and guest experience management to advance the hotel’s performance and strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee hotel operations, management team, and staff
• drive revenue, profitability, and quality
• champion the hotel concept and guest experience
• handle complaints and service recovery
• support corporate clients and client acquisition with the sales team when required
• lead property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
• maintain equipment and operating standards
• manage staffing, hiring decisions, development, and performance reviews
• oversee departments and department heads
• prepare and achieve operating, sales and marketing, HR, capital expenditure, and annual budget plans
• monitor financial reports and develop cost-saving actions
• handle hotel emergencies. Schedule requires 50+ hours per week, at least five days weekly, and telephone availability off-hours for emergencies.
