The Director of Growth and Market Strategy role is onsite in Toms River, New Jersey, and compensation is $100,000–$140,000 annually. The position leads Blossom ABA Therapy’s growth function, including marketing, digital strategy, business development, referral outreach, branding, and employee engagement. The director builds a predictable growth system to increase client leads, strengthen referral relationships, improve brand visibility, and support employee recruitment. The role aligns digital campaigns and field-based outreach, oversees vendors and business development leadership, and tracks performance across the growth pipeline.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth strategy
• own scorecard metrics for referrals, digital performance, and lead generation
• build client and employee pipelines
• identify markets, partnerships, and community opportunities
• oversee the Director of Business Development
• align referral strategy with digital campaigns
• lead SEO, website, advertising, and social media initiatives
• manage and evaluate digital vendors
• integrate digital lead generation with referral development
• coordinate workflows across Intake, HR, Clinical, and Operations
• steward brand identity and positioning
• develop employee engagement and social media strategies
• oversee website content, user experience, conversion optimization, ADA compliance, and HIPAA-safe contact pathways.
