What you'll do

• Process and code invoices, route approvals, verify three-way matches, handle exceptions, and execute payments
• reconcile vendor statements and investigate balances
• resolve pricing, tax, and shipping discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• support month-end close and accrual data
• respond to AP inquiries
• maintain invoice records and audit documentation.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma and three to five or more years of full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable experience. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred; ERP accounts payable experience and advanced Excel skills are required.
