The role prepares and monitors stamping and forming equipment, verifies part quality, and troubleshoots production issues. It supports safe, repeatable setups, production throughput, and quality while coaching other operators.

What you'll do

• Set up single-hit and progressive-die stamping and related forming equipment
• handle and load coil or strip using cranes, hoists, or tow motors
• arrange scrap chutes
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• interpret blueprints
• monitor machines
• troubleshoot mechanical and process issues
• maintain a safe workstation
• coach and train operators.
