What you'll do

• Lead Ready-Mix technical and materials performance improvement initiatives across North America.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities related to mix performance, quality consistency, materials usage, batching discipline, production process control, and cost-to-produce.
• Translate field observations, QC results, batch data, mix-design information, and operational performance indicators into clear, actionable improvement plans.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root-cause analysis on technical and operational performance issues.
