What you'll do

• Design and implement the industrial organization, processes, and management systems
• lead and develop functional managers and team leaders
• transfer practices with French engineering and industrial teams
• implement the ERP system
• manage a network of 50–100 vendors
• establish KPIs and continuous improvement routines
• plan capacity and workforce needs
• support FAA compliance and audits.
