Job overview

The Human Resources Coordinator role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA; pay is $25–$30 per hour. The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank’s mission is to mobilize resources to fight hunger in its community and work toward a vision that no one goes hungry in Los Angeles County. The coordinator provides administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, records, and employee communications. The role helps maintain accurate, confidential HR processes and supports employees and the HR team.

What you'll do

  • Answer employee questions and refer matters as needed
  • support onboarding and new-hire processes
  • assist with employee and labor relations and compliance
  • coordinate trainings and employee events
  • maintain leave, benefits, personnel, and HR records
  • process invoices and vendor payments
  • prepare HR dashboard reports and audit information
  • support HR projects and presentations.
