What you'll do

• Manage assigned client relationships
• oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• lead engagements and allocate work
• identify tax planning, estate planning, and advisory opportunities
• review accounting activities and financial information
• guide team members on complex matters
• monitor billing, work in progress, and engagement profitability
• coach staff and contribute to practice development.
