Community Support Associate

What you'll do

• Collaborate with therapists and case managers on client goals
• work one-on-one with clients to practice therapy goals in real-world settings
• support coping and communication skills
• provide feedback to the therapy team
• communicate with families and community stakeholders
• maintain interaction records and progress reports.
