What you'll do

• Provide a safe, healthy, and nonjudgmental environment
• supervise and engage children in age-appropriate therapeutic and educational activities
• support homework, play, and daily routines
• implement developmentally appropriate practices and therapeutic curriculum
• follow agency policies and licensing regulations
• maintain child-to-staff ratios
• complete documentation and daily logs
• assist with cleaning, laundry, and organization
• promptly communicate safety concerns.

Why this role
