What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members

• manage maintenance metrics and initiatives
• assist with capital and operating budget planning
• investigate facility and equipment conditions
• use CMMS and maintain SAP, Kronos, and KPI records
• coordinate personnel with planning and scheduling
• inspect completed work
• resolve operating problems
• contribute to root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance
• support employee development, recruiting, safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
