What you'll do

• Lead payment integrity implementations and serve as the day-to-day client contact
• facilitate discovery, working sessions, demonstrations, and status reviews
• own requirements documentation, traceability, validation, change control, and approval
• advise on post-payment workflows and Lyric Replay products
• lead data discovery, mapping, and validation
• coordinate cross-functional milestones and governance
• support testing, readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-launch adoption.
