What you'll do
- Answer phones and perform client intakes
- schedule appointments
- answer member questions about TEAM services
- enter clinical information into TEAM software
- follow up with clients verbally and in writing
- respond to in-person and phone crises
- assist with promotional materials
- maintain knowledge of confidentiality regulations
- promote TEAM services at account functions and conferences
- conduct stakeholder outreach to facilitate training and coordinate schedules.
