What you'll do

• Maintain spa and fitness areas and common spaces
• understand treatments and make recommendations
• process reservations and billing
• greet guests arriving for and departing from treatments
• assist with retail, product displays, suggestive selling, and merchandising
• address guest complaints or problems and communicate with management
• participate in designated programs, meetings, and training.
