What you'll do

• Conduct onsite equipment inspections
• identify repair, maintenance, calibration, software-update, and parts needs
• provide phone, remote, and onsite troubleshooting and coaching
• serve as a first-line escalation point for advanced application-related service questions
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues
• support setup, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
• train technicians and operators
• assist with demonstrations and coordinate related parts orders.
