What you'll do

• Generate leads through calls, networking events, and referrals
• conduct client consultations to identify insurance needs and present customized coverage solutions
• execute sales strategies, address objections, and work toward sales targets
• build client relationships through service and trust
• participate in provided sales training and mentorship. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but is not required. Must be willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license early in the process.
