What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, weigh, and form burger patties according to specifications
• follow recipes and portion standards
• maintain proper food temperatures and safe food handling
• keep the prep station clean and organized
• meet daily production goals
• support the kitchen team and other kitchen tasks as needed.
