Compensation is $500–$1,800 per year. The Inside Sales and Quote Specialist role is onsite in Mosinee, WI, with flexible work arrangements potentially available based on qualifications, position requirements, and business needs. The role supports AROW Global’s quoting and bidding work for company products. The specialist analyzes customer requests and cost information to prepare accurate quotes and bids, while coordinating with supervisors, customers, suppliers, purchasing, engineering, and leadership. The work helps the company provide timely pricing and support product development.

What you'll do

• Prepare and submit quotes and bids from customer requests
• analyze lead-time, material, labor, and non-recurring costs
• review RFQs and use costing models
• adjust bids with the supervisor for strategic pricing factors
• provide technical support on sales calls and customer visits
• maintain price lists, quote logs, and bid models
• coordinate material pricing with Purchasing and Engineering
• provide required compliance documents
• develop faster and more accurate bidding methods
• advise leadership of irregular costing or pricing findings.
