What you'll do

• Coach and hold store managers and teams accountable
• recruit, interview, hire, and develop employees
• maintain staffing levels
• visit assigned stores
• review schedules, labor costs, and overtime
• monitor sales, profit, expenses, inventory, and store performance
• develop action plans
• oversee cash handling, customer service, merchandising, cleanliness, and food service
• ensure reports and inventory counts are completed
• address vendor, maintenance, and equipment issues.
