The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Severna Park, MD, with pay of $40–$46 per hour. Complete Care provides skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, people needing therapy, and those needing long-term care. The RN provides direct resident care through medication administration, treatments, assessment, care planning, and coordination with other care professionals. The role also supports resident and family understanding of care and oversees delegated work to help maintain quality and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Administer oral, topical, intravenous, and injectable medications
• provide wound care and prevention, pain management, and dressings
• assess residents and monitor health changes
• provide catheter and ostomy care and gather specimens
• create, update, and carry out individualized care plans
• coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others
• educate residents and families
• document health status, care, progress, and interactions
• oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
