Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and order issues
• enter and process orders in S2K
• prepare quotes and coordinate samples
• monitor back orders, inventory, and delivery schedules
• coordinate resolution of discrepancies
• assist with billing inquiries
• support account representatives
• maintain customer and order records
• occasionally accompany account representatives on customer visits.
