What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical assistance for computer system, software, and hardware questions
• train users in basic computer use
• maintain computer systems
• install, modify, clean, and repair hardware, software, workstations, and servers
• diagnose and resolve issues, including LAN and WAN problems
• respond to customer questions by email, in person, and by phone
• use systems-management tools to monitor events and manage tickets.
