The Sheet Metal Fabricator role is onsite in Saint Charles, MO, with compensation of $20–$30 per hour. Craftsmen Industries custom manufactures specialty trailers, vehicles, and large-format printed elements, with production completed in-house. The fabricator measures, cuts, forms, fits, assembles, and finishes sheet metal components used in trailers, displays, and specialty vehicles. The work supports production quality and schedules through accurate fabrication, safe equipment use, and coordination with supervisors and engineering.

What you'll do

• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and finish sheet metal components from engineering drawings
• operate press brakes, shears, rollers, punches, notchers, ironworkers, and related equipment
• verify dimensions with measuring tools
• grind, deburr, sand, and finish components
• install fabricated parts into assemblies
• communicate drawing discrepancies and fabrication concerns
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• support continuous improvement.

Why this role
