What you'll do

• Advise on ERISA and employee benefits compliance
• counsel employers on retirement plans, multiemployer pension plans, health and welfare plans, and ACA requirements
• support mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and restructurings
• conduct benefits due diligence
• analyze compliance matters
• draft and review plan documents, agreements, and compliance materials
• collaborate across legal practices.
