What you'll do

• Manage hospital results and operations
• oversee timekeeping, payroll, labor costs, accounts payable, and inventory
• develop staff and doctor schedules
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate team members
• support team culture and client experience
• coordinate doctor and team meetings
• address client concerns
• execute approved local marketing and community events
• manage practice software and equipment
• maintain regulatory compliance
• review performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
