What you'll do

• Deliver food orders to the service floor and correct guests
• support servers with garnishing
• maintain knowledge of food and beverage services and hotel features
• monitor food quality and consistency
• maintain clean service stations and chinaware
• replenish condiments and service supplies
• set tables and perform opening and closing duties
• assist other outlets during peak times or when required
• follow food safety and hygiene standards.
