What you'll do

• Research, analyze, and administer medical, dental, and vision plans.
• Manage complex vendor relationships.
• Serve as the primary internal point of escalation for member issues.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Partner with brokers to analyze claims data and develop multi-year strategies.
