What you'll do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality
• lead, mentor, recruit, train, schedule, and coach culinary team members
• develop seasonal menus that reflect resident preferences and dietary needs
• gather resident feedback
• manage food, labor, and operational costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• hold ServSafe Manager Certification
• plan holiday meals, themed dining, and community events
• collaborate with community leadership and other departments.
