What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, electrical wiring, and equipment
• plan preventive maintenance
• document repairs and service
• inspect and repair building components
• complete maintenance requests
• clean public areas
• document pool readings
• respond to guest requests
• transport guests as requested
• perform other duties as assigned, including responding on an on-call basis.
