The engineer owns Salesforce systems and integrations that support coaches, operations, and member engagement. The role maintains platform functionality, releases, telephony and messaging integrations, security, and vendor relationships so teams can manage cases and outreach in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Own two Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Omni-Channel, case creation, email processes, and scheduled jobs
• monitor batch health and resolve failures
• manage releases, sandboxes, and CI/CD processes
• administer Five9 and Twilio integrations
• support campaigns, email journeys, and fulfillment
• manage users, permissions, SSO, AWS keys, member data deletion, and backups under HIPAA and SOC 2
• manage vendors and contracts
• partner with US Operations, coaching leads, and Product
• triage requests, build reports, and translate needs into Jira tickets
• use AI coding tools and agents where appropriate.
