Field Service Training Specialist

The Field Service Training Specialist role is onsite in Odessa, TX, with approximately 75%–80% of normal work activity dedicated to field-based training and competency assessment. What you'll do

• Work with Field Service Managers to align goals
• train technicians through field exposure and hands-on instruction in equipment installation, operation, testing, servicing, and removal
• reinforce procedures, safety, and quality expectations
• observe and coach technicians
• identify competency gaps
• document progress and conduct assessments
• sign off technicians only after demonstrated safe and correct performance
• communicate unresolved concerns
• inspect and assist with field service tooling and equipment
• document non-conformance
• maintain records and support continuous improvement.
